Set up meetings with clients to hear about their issues related to Human Resource development Prepare and present proposals to clients Operation of training programs for existing clients (coordination between trainers and clients, support for training on the day of the training, and project management, etc.) Creation of training reports if required Coordination with various training instructors and HR consultants, etc. Job Requirement Sales experience is preferred Sales and account management of human resource development consulting, training program development, and leadership development is preferred Project Management skill Ability to build trusting relationships with existing clients. Business level Japanese language skills to liaise with Japanese Speaking clients and the client's head office in Japan Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT Good communication and problem solving skills to communicate/coordinate with various stakeholders such as HR, top management and their HQ in Japan Multi-tasker Willing to Travel to other SEA countries (Thailand) and Japan
