Job Description

Logistics operations specialist with import and export experience.

• Manage the order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and ensure accurate, timely and document management.
• Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.
• Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submission to the Finance Department.
• Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly management reports.
• Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous process improvements

Job Requirement

Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Possess the following skills:

• a. Teamwork
• b. Communication skills
• c. Time management and accuracy
• d. Problem solving
• e. Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
• f. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)

Possess the following personality traits:

• a. Self-motivated
• b. Determined
• c. Passionate about Logistics

Must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel.
