Position: Business Development Coordinator/ Executive (JapaneseSpeaking) (Job ID: 20442) Lavender Basic + AWS + VB Job Description: Coordinate visits by Singapore clients to Japan HQ, technical research centers, and project sites Prepare client introduction materials, internal briefing documents, itineraries, and meeting schedules Conduct prior consultations with relevant HQ departments Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, meeting materials, minutes, and external communications Ensure accuracy by checking for errors in figures, recipients, and schedules before submission Organize and analyze past client information, meeting history, project details, and visit records Maintain data in a searchable and easily retrievable format Participate in business meetings, networking events, and dinners with Japan clients Assist with preparation, record-keeping, and follow-up Job Requirements: Ability to produce error-free documents and conduct thorough self-checks before submission Ability to organize schedules and requests across multiple departments, clients, and HQ stakeholders within deadlines Ability to structure and search information using Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, or client databases Ability to remain calm and courteous in front of executives and clients Ability to anticipate tasks, report confirmation points and risks early Able to attend networking event if necessary Japanese language required for coordination with Japan HQ and Japanese-speaking clients We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Other applications will be updated to our database for future jobopportunities.
