Senior Project Manager

Job Description / Functions Do you have experience leading international IT & Cybersecurity projects and are you motivated to work in complex, multi-country environments with high impact? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity to join an international project focused on end-user protection, working on solutions such as antivirus, antimalware, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP). You will play a key role coordinating the evolution and deployment of new products, functionalities, and releases for different international entities and markets.

You will be the connection point between Product Managers, Product Owners, product experts, clients, and different international entities, ensuring that projects progress correctly from the definition of the need to deployment. Among your main responsibilities:

• Lead Cybersecurity projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate new scopes, functionalities, and releases with different international entities.
• Manage the relationship between Product Expert Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare and lead Project Committees, Steering Committees, and Sponsor Committees.
• Prepare reporting for different markets and senior stakeholders.
• Manage the gating process, including processes, TOM, and RACI.
• Define and monitor budget, costs, KPIs, and milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams distributed across different countries.
• Manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and executive documentation.
• Prepare and present documentation and proposals in English.
• Coordinate contract signing and the deployment of new functionalities together with Product Owners.
• Create user guides, templates, processes, and support materials.

Minimum Requirements 8+ years of experience in Project Management / IT Project Management. Demonstrable experience in Cybersecurity / IT projects. Experience working in international organizations and with teams distributed across different countries. Experience managing budget, costs, and KPIs. Excellent ability to prepare executive decks and presentations. Experience with governance, steering committees, and executive reporting. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of Data Leakage / Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and IT security. Excellent level of English, both oral and written. Ability to work autonomously, in a structured manner, and results-oriented. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
