Senior Product Designer – UX/UI
Job Description / Functions Are you a Senior Product Designer with experience in eCommerce, motivated to design digital products used by millions of customers across different markets? We are looking for a Senior Product Designer – UX/UI to join an international environment, where you will have the opportunity to work from end to end on high-volume, high-impact digital experiences.
Functions: Discovery & consideration Purchase & conversion Post-purchase experience Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma. Improve experiences and journeys with a focus on conversion, engagement, and digital adoption. Work with Design Systems and scalable UI patterns. Design responsive and mobile-first experiences. Use analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to make data-driven decisions. Contribute to the evolution of the International Design System. Document design decisions, experiments, and results. Work in a multi-country / multi-market environment, balancing global consistency and local needs. Influence and challenge business and product decisions, even without formal authority.
Minimum Requirements 8-10+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or UX/UI Design. Demonstrable experience in eCommerce, marketplace, retail, or high-volume digital companies. Experience designing and launching scalable digital products. International experience working with different markets and user behaviors. Advanced mastery of Figma. Solid knowledge of UX + UI and Design Systems. Experience with analytics, experimentation, and CRO. Ability to connect design decisions with business metrics. Portfolio with real products and, especially, measurable results. Curious & proactive. Detail-oriented & hands-on. With the ability to challenge the status quo. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders. Capable of balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Collaborative and with the ability to influence in complex organizations.
Languages Excellent communicator in English.
