Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation to participate in transformation initiatives, identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and collaborating in the design and implementation of solutions that provide value and are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. You will be the link between the business and technology teams, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and the adoption of new technologies.

Your main responsibilities will be

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements together with different stakeholders.
• Analyze processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the design of process improvements, system evolutions, and new solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business areas, IT teams, and external providers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technological solutions.
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and monitoring.
• Collaborate in testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact and results of initiatives.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for stakeholders and management teams.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives related to data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and maximize the value of implemented solutions.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.
• Ability to analyze business processes, systems, and workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience working with different stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with process modeling and requirements management tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams in the design of solutions.
• Knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and control.
• Familiarity with testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Ability to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and prepare reports.
• Interest and knowledge in digital transformation, data technologies, and artificial intelligence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, organized, and results-oriented.
• Skills in expectation management and communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an international environment in English.
