Security Lead

Job Description / Functions

We are looking for a Security Lead to lead a strategic migration project to a new XDR (Extended Detection & Response) solution in a multinational environment.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the migration from end to end, ensuring the correct execution of the project, coordination between teams and stakeholders, and compliance with objectives, deadlines, and budget.

Functions:

• Lead the migration to the new XDR solution across the different entities included in the scope.
• Define and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams from IT, Cybersecurity, SOC, vendors, and business.
• Supervise the integration of the SOC with the new XDR platform, guaranteeing the continuity of detection and response capabilities.
• Manage communication with stakeholders at different levels, including interaction with C-Level profiles.
• Monitor KPIs, progress, risks, and incidents, and prepare reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT and Cybersecurity environments.
• Experience in cybersecurity projects and large-scale technological migrations.
• Knowledge of XDR solutions, such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto, or other equivalents.
• Experience in SOC, SIEM, and incident response processes.
• Experience in multi-entity and/or multinational projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management up to C-Level.
• Knowledge of Agile / Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation plans.
• Experience coordinating vendors and third parties.
• Knowledge of security standards and regulatory requirements.
• PMP / PRINCE2 will be valued.

Languages

• High/fluent English, essential.
