Project Manager – IT Performance Lead
Job Description / Functions We are looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager – IT Performance Lead with experience in data environments and agile methodologies to lead the evolution of the data model used to measure and optimize the performance of IT solutions and processes. The selected person will act as a link between business, technical teams, and data teams, ensuring value delivery, information quality, and continuous product improvement. Functions Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with business and IT objectives. Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, writing clear and value-oriented user stories. Lead the product lifecycle, from definition to continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and consistency. Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities. Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives based on data and user feedback. Facilitate communication and coordination between the different areas involved, ensuring alignment of objectives. Guarantee the quality and consistency of all project deliverables. Promote a culture oriented toward innovation, agility, and performance improvement. Product roadmap. Prioritized and updated Product Backlog. Data model documentation. Monitoring reports for stakeholders. Dashboards and KPI reports. Product adoption and usage reports. Testing documentation and user feedback. Continuous improvement proposals. Compliance and audit documentation. IT performance dashboard. Monitoring of the IT Target Operating Model (IT TOM).
Minimum Requirements More than 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or in a similar role. Experience in data-driven environments. Demonstrable experience managing digital products throughout their entire lifecycle. Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and participation in Agile ceremonies. Ability to transform business needs into well-defined user stories. Experience conducting user research, functional testing, and gathering feedback to improve user experience. Experience in defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). Knowledge of IT environments and performance analysis. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and development teams.
