Product Owner

Job Description / Functions We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with solid experience in Customer Data to join an international project within the insurance sector. The selected person will work with global teams driving strategic initiatives related to data quality, Customer 360, Data Governance, and Data Products. Functions: They will be responsible for defining and evolving customer data management capabilities, collaborating with international stakeholders to ensure data consistency and maturity at a global level.

Lead the definition and evolution of Customer Data initiatives. Define functional and business requirements related to data management. Drive Data Management best practices (Data Quality, MDM, deduplication, etc.). Participate in the definition of Customer 360 models. Define data quality and maturity indicators and dashboards using Power BI. Collaborate with Data Architecture, Data Governance, and Data Platforms teams. Coordinate international stakeholders and align business needs with technological solutions. Define remediation plans to improve data quality. Participate in initiatives related to Compliance, Growth, and Data & AI.

Minimum Requirements More than 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in data product management. Experience in functional analysis and data management. Solid knowledge in: Data Management. Data Quality. Data Governance. Data Architecture. APIs. Data Platforms.

Experience in Customer Data domains: Customer 360. MDM. Deduplication. Customer master data.

Experience in international projects. Knowledge of: Data Products. Data Mesh. KYC / eKYC / eIDV.

Experience with Power BI.

Languages High level of English (essential).
