Pentest Coordinator (Cybersecurity)

Job Description / Functions We are looking for a Pentest Coordinator (Cybersecurity).

What will your mission be?

We are looking for a Pentest Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of penetration testing activities on infrastructures, applications, networks, and cloud environments. You will work as a liaison between internal teams and specialized providers, ensuring the correct execution of services and the follow-up of remediation actions.

What will you do? Plan and coordinate pentesting projects in different environments (networks, applications, infrastructure, and cloud). Coordinate the execution of tests with internal teams and external providers. Review, consolidate, and present security reports. Monitor vulnerabilities and remediation plans. Prepare progress reports and metrics for pentesting activities. Ensure compliance with best practices and security and compliance requirements. Propose continuous improvements to strengthen the global cybersecurity posture.

Minimum Requirements Demonstrable experience coordinating or executing pentesting projects. Solid knowledge of penetration testing methodologies. Experience in network, application, infrastructure, and cloud environment security (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of vulnerability management and risk analysis. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Valued Requirements Experience in cybersecurity consulting. Knowledge of security standards and best practices. Experience in vendor management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional). CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker). OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert). CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional).

Languages High level of English (international environment).

Location Madrid. Hybrid/occasional visits to the client's office in Madrid.
