IT Operations engineer - Vulnerability remediation

Job Description / Functions We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer – Vulnerability Remediation!

Do you have experience in IT Infrastructure, Vulnerability Management, and Cybersecurity and are you interested in working in an international environment? This opportunity could be for you! We are looking for IT Operations Engineers with solid experience in analysis, prioritization, and remediation of infrastructure vulnerabilities, capable of working cross-functionally with technical and security teams.   What will your mission be? Analyze and triage vulnerabilities and CVEs. Evaluate risks according to severity, exploitability, and impact. Prioritize and coordinate remediation actions: patching, upgrades, and hardening. Develop remediation plans and technical instructions. Automate processes using PowerShell, Bash, and orchestration tools. Provide support for testing and validations. Monitor security compliance and collaborate in audits. Work with global AMER / EMEA teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Minimum Requirements Windows Server and Linux. VMware ESXi / vSphere. Vulnerability management and security infrastructure. Patching and configuration with tools such as SCCM or ManageEngine. CVE analysis and definition of remediation strategies. Networking: Firewalls, DNS, Active Directory, Citrix, etc. Scripting and automation: PowerShell, Bash. Compliance and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, or DORA. An analytical, proactive, and results-oriented person, capable of prioritizing based on risk and impact, managing several remediation projects simultaneously, and communicating effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Valued Requirements Experience with Power BI for reporting and analysis. Knowledge of .NET, IIS, Tomcat, and storage systems. Experience with Avaya / Genesys. Knowledge of security tools and threat intelligence. Experience in automated compliance initiatives. We especially value experience in large enterprise environments, the ability to work with international teams, and a clear orientation toward continuous improvement and security.
