Data Engineer

Job Description / Functions Are you passionate about the world of data and want to participate in the evolution of a modern, scalable data platform prepared for future Analytics and AI projects? We are looking for a professional with experience combining Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Governance, who wants to be part of a technological environment based on Microsoft and Databricks.

Your goal will be to contribute to the design, integration, transformation, and governance of data, ensuring that information is reliable, scalable, and actionable for the business. Among your main responsibilities will be: Design and maintain data models and structures. Build and optimize ETL/ELT integration and transformation processes. Develop and evolve reports, dashboards, and semantic models in Power BI. Participate in data migration and modernization projects with Dataverse and Databricks. Apply best practices in Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality. Collaborate in the adoption of Unity Catalog, data lineage, and access management. Work together with technical and business teams to convert data into value-driven solutions.

Minimum Requirements SQL and Databricks SQL. ETL/ELT data integration and transformation processes. Databricks and Dataverse. Data Governance and Metadata Management. Data architecture and Analytics best practices. Creation and modification of reports and dashboards in Power BI. Data design and modeling. Data Integration. Power BI: Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query. Fluent English: essential. Transformation through Dataflows and Databricks. Knowledge of Unity Catalog.
