Job Description / Functions

We are looking for an API Expert – MuleSoft Platform Operations to join an international technological environment. The selected person will be responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of the MuleSoft platform, ensuring its availability, performance, scalability, and correct functioning in production environments.

We are looking for a profile with experience in managing MuleSoft platforms, especially in operations and infrastructure administration, rather than API development.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in administration and management of the MuleSoft platform, with a focus on Platform Operations and not on API development.
  • Experience in operations, maintenance, and support of platforms in production environments.
  • Knowledge and experience with the following technologies and tools:
  • MuleSoft Platform Management.
  • MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway).
  • Terraform.
  • OpenShift.
  • GitHub.
  • Argo CI/CD.
  • AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, especially OAuth and OpenID.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its service management processes.
  • Ability to manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and work under service level agreements (SLA).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 days in person per week and 2 days of remote work.

Valued Requirements

  • Knowledge of technical formats and protocols: XML, XSD, WSDL, and WS-*.
  • Knowledge of Java and JSON.
  • Additional experience with MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway).
  • Knowledge of networks and infrastructure: Virtual IPs, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
  • Experience in digital certificate lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and SOAPUI.
  • Experience working in Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of Silva.

Languages

English C1, necessary to work in an international environment.

Location

Madrid: In-person work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days of remote work.
