API Designer / Business analyst

Descripción del puesto / Funciones Gap Analysis & Technical Specifications: Identify technical gaps and draft detailed technical specifications for MTSB dashboards in Qualys .    

Vendor Follow-up & Coordination: Assist during the implementation phase and conduct follow-ups with external vendors .    

Testing & User Feedback: Collect feedback from testers, coordinate testing phases (UAT), and execute necessary modifications and improvements .    

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of requirements, specifications, and project progress .

Requisitos mínimos Experience: Hands-on experience with Qualys (specifically managing dashboards, VMDR, or asset management) .    

Functional/Technical Analysis: Demonstrated experience gathering business/technical requirements, identifying gaps, and writing technical specifications .    

Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience supporting testing phases (UAT), gathering tester feedback, and driving change requests .    

Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate between internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors .    

Languages: High level of English proficiency (written and spoken) for international team collaboration .

ITSM / Ticketing Tools: Hands-on experience with enterprise tools like ServiceNow for tracking incidents and project tasks .    

Frameworks & Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or ITIL frameworks.

Idiomas English is a must
