Computer and Information Systems Operator | No experience required!

Your tasks

An entry-level role into the IT world, including work in a computer room (NOC) and operation of organizational information systems. The role focuses on system monitoring, real-time incident handling, working via operational chat, and supporting routine faults and processes within the organization. Monitoring IT systems and infrastructures and identifying faults Real-time incident handling (Tier1) Routine response via operational chat and working with internal teams Running automated processes and performing routine controls Operation of CRM systems and core organizational systems Working with development, infrastructure, and application teams

Requirements

Experience in SQL – a significant advantage Technological background/education (degree, courses, work experience) - a significant advantage Experience in PLSQL – an advantage Basic familiarity with Windows / Unix operating systems - an advantage Familiarity with organizational systems (CRM / ERP) - an advantage Good level of English Ability to work in a team, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure Shift work 24/7 (including weekends and holidays)
