Job Purpose Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs – including private medical/life insurance, and other statutory or client-specific benefits – across a portfolio of client organizations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits programs (medical, life insurance, and other perks) across multiple client accounts
  • Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of coverage for employees, dependents, and new hires
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure data consistency between HR systems, insurers, and clients
  • Coordinate the annual renewal and open enrollment process for client medical and life insurance plans

Insurance Provider & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact with medical/life insurance providers and other benefits vendors
  • Process and follow up on medical insurance claims, reimbursements, and card issuance for client employees
  • Resolve escalated claims issues and coverage discrepancies with insurance providers
  • Support benchmarking and cost analysis when evaluating or renewing vendor contracts

Client & Employee Support

  • Respond to client and employee inquiries regarding benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims
  • Prepare clear benefits communication materials and guides for client employees
  • Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires across client accounts as needed
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to address client-specific benefits needs

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc benefits reports, utilization summaries, and cost reports for clients
  • Reconcile insurance invoices and premium statements against enrollment records
  • Support internal and client audits with accurate benefits documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee medical and personal data at all times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compensation & benefits, or a related HR function
  • Working knowledge of common private medical/life insurance practices
  • Experience liaising with insurance providers and managing claims processes
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with HRIS or benefits administration systems
  • Good Arabic and English communication skills
