Workshop Engineer

For a big trading company supplying construction tools , machinery, and water pumps. we are hiring a service engineer for their workshop located in Heliopolis. The service Engineer will be directly reporting to the workshop manager.

Responsibilities Follow up W.O from open to complete Ensure that W.O docs are complete Report technicians timing, delay, rework, equipment count, KPI’s Warranty programs responsible. Warranty claims responsible. Coordinate between divisions to complete W.Os Duties include paper work and correspondences Write technical reports Report all related tasks to service manager periodically Required skills.

• Good communication skills ( Verbal, written )
• Good personal attire, Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
• Ability to solve problems and to handle tough situations.
• Organized.
• Multitasker.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3 Years of experience as a service engineer in a related industry
• English language basics.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
