Shopping Center Director

Our partner organization invites you to work in Kapan city as a Shopping Center Director. The purpose of the position is to manage the staff, coordinate the entire sales chain, perform analysis of indicators, and ensure the continuous development and volume growth of the shopping center.

Staff Management. Efficient distribution of work, definition of tasks, and supervision of their execution.

Coordination of the Sales Process. From planning product orders to ensuring high quality of customer service.

Analysis and Planning. Performing periodic analysis of sales volumes, indicators, and trends.

Business Development. Development and implementation of strategies aimed at attracting new customers, increasing sales volumes, and raising the level of service.

Higher education (preferably in economics, management, or related fields).

3-5 years of work experience in a managerial position within the Retail sector.

Software skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of any of the automated retail systems (Supermag, 1C, ՀԾ-Առևտուր, or Haysell).

Language skills. Knowledge of Russian and English.

Professional skills. Mastery of sales analytical tools and methods, high level of team management and strategic thinking.
