Accounting Manager (M/F)
PARTNAIRE, Recruitment Firm, is searching for its client, a player in premium and luxury children's fashion, an Accounting Manager (M/F), on a fixed-term contract (CDD) (minimum 6 months), in Les Herbiers (85).
A market leader for 50 years (€210M turnover), this group has 900 employees, including more than 300 at this headquarters in Vendée. The site brings together support functions, a showroom, and a prototype workshop dedicated to prestige collections. You will join fully renovated, collaborative, and pleasant premises (open spaces), driven by a dynamic and demanding work environment.
YOUR MISSIONS:
Reporting to the Accounting Director within the Finance Department, you will manage your team and supervise the processes within your scope to guarantee the reliability of financial data.
- Management and steering of the department
- Supervise, lead, and support a team of 2 employees on a daily basis.
- Coordinate daily tasks, define priorities, and ensure the proper distribution of workload.
- Provide technical support and assist in resolving bottlenecks for your team members.
- Management of obligations and closings
- Supervise and actively participate in monthly and annual closing operations.
- Guarantee strict compliance with tax calendars as well as reporting deadlines.
- Ensure accounting review and guarantee the perfect reliability of working files.
- Evolution projects, audits, and international relations
- Be a key player in the structural ERP migration project for the general accounting component.
- Ensure regular exchanges and accounting follow-up in close connection with the subsidiary and partners based in Northern Europe and Asia.
- Centralize relations with auditors and respond to internal and external controls. Having completed higher education in accounting or finance (such as DCG, DSCG, Master CCA), you have at least 5 years of experience in general accounting, with successful initial experience in team management.
Required Skills:
- Solid mastery of general accounting techniques and corporate taxation.
- Ability to manage, unite, and support a team of 2 people through change.
- Rigor, reliability, and a keen sense of precision in the application of processes.
- Adaptability and a strong appetite for the optimization of processes and tools.
- Fluent professional English is essential for daily exchanges with Northern Europe and Asia.
- Excellent mastery of IT tools, particularly Excel software.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Contract: CDD (minimum 6 months)
- Hours: Full-time, forfait jours (Executive status, 8 RTT per year)
- Remuneration: 38,000 EUR to 48,000 EUR gross annual depending on profile
- Benefits: Profit-sharing, participation, transport and mileage allowances, CSE, teleworking (1 day/week after 3 months of seniority).
