Purchasing Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Supply Chain Direction, your mission consists of driving the entire purchasing strategy in order to support the company's performance objectives. Your daily activities revolve around the precise analysis of internal needs and the rigorous management of the supplier panel. You are responsible for the selection, negotiation, and maintenance of strong partnership relationships, with a constant requirement for the price, quality, and lead time triad. As a true performance manager, you ensure the monitoring of service provider reliability, manage any disputes, and conduct active market monitoring to identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization.

On the operational side, you supervise all procurement and optimize stock levels using high-performance management tools. Your role is to guarantee a smooth flow of goods, from reception to distribution, while avoiding any risk of shortage or overstocking. To achieve this, you work in close collaboration with the production, logistics, and sales departments, ensuring effective cross-functional communication to anticipate needs and guarantee immediate product availability. Ideally coming from higher education specialized in industrial purchasing or supply chain, you have significant and successful experience in a similar position in an industrial environment. An expert in negotiation and perfectly comfortable in managing supplier relationships, you speak English fluently. Your rigor, organizational skills, and proactive temperament will make you a central source of proposals to support the evolution of our structure.
