We are recruiting for one of our clients, located near Louviers (27), a Mechatronics Engineer (M/F) on a CDI contract.
The company is a leading SME in its sector of activity, with recognized expertise in perfume bottle refilling solutions.
As a Mechatronics Engineer, you will report to the General Management, in an SME environment where autonomy, development, and innovation are essential. You will play a central role in capturing ideas and transforming them into technical realities.
Your missions:
- Steering and Management: Coordinate the activities of the design office and supervise a team of 2 people.
- Design and Development: Ensure the technical design of projects by combining mechanics (CAO) and software development.
- Prototyping: Listen to instructions and concepts from management to design, test, and manufacture functional prototypes.
- Innovation and Monitoring: Test new solutions through an empirical approach and participate in some professional trade fairs (occasional travel to be expected).
- Communication: Ensure fluid reporting and constant exchanges with Management and your team. You possess a Mechatronics Engineer profile with solid foundations in CAO, design, and software development. A basic level of English (written and oral) is required.
