Our agency is recruiting an IT Specialist M/F for a major industrial player based in Saint-Amour. Position to be filled as soon as possible Hours: 8am-12pm / 1:30pm-5:30pm - Finish at 5pm on Thursdays and Fridays
Your main missions:
- Deploy hardware (computers, phones, printers) and install software.
- Handle help requests, diagnose and resolve daily incidents.
- Train and advise users on best practices and the IT charter.
- Ensure the monitoring and preventive/curative maintenance of equipment, software and servers.
- Apply service security rules and participate in the implementation of the future PSSI.
- Perform technological monitoring to evolve the infrastructure and guarantee the Plan de Reprise d'Activité.
You hold a Bac +2 level in IT (BTS SIO, DUT/BUT Informatique or equivalent). You master the Pack Office and the Windows Server environment. You are reactive, rigorous, you know how to take initiative and are autonomous. Technical English required. A Microsoft Server certification (AZ-800 / AZ-801) is an appreciated plus.
