YOUR MISSIONS:

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you are the guarantor of quality assurance in production and ensure the follow-up of client projects.

  1. Manage quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Handle non-conformities and drive problem-solving.
  • Implement control plans and monitor indicators.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits (EN9100, ISO 9100).
  • Provide technical support to operators on the ground.
  1. Follow client projects
  • Participate in reviews, verify compliance with requirements, and draft FAI files.
  • Provide transverse support to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Handle client and supplier complaints.
  1. Manage metrology
  • Manage the measuring instrument fleet technically and administratively.
  • Calibrate and verify equipment. Having completed training at a Bac+2 to Bac+5 level in Quality Assurance / Quality & Industrial Process Management or equivalent, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment, ideally in aeronautics, space, defense, or composites.

Required Skills:

  • Mastery of quality tools and methodologies (8D, 5M, QRQC, AMDEC).
  • Knowledge of EN9100, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards.
  • Proficiency in professional English (B2 level) to communicate with clients and subsidiaries.
  • Comfort with IT tools, quality software, and statistical calculations.
  • Intellectual agility, synthesis skills, and good adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to lead meetings and unite teams.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Contract: CDI, 39h/week (Agent de maîtrise status). Hours: Flexible, regular from Monday to Friday. Remuneration: 35 to 40 KEUR annually depending on profile. Benefits: Transport allowance (25EUR/month), teleworking (1 day/week if autonomous), CSE, PEE, and profit-sharing.
