Shipping Clerk (M/F)

Your agency Partnaire Villefranche-sur-Saône is looking for its client, a specialist in the manufacturing of plastic Caps for the food, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets, a Shipping Clerk (M/F) for its site in Saint Georges-de-Reneins (69)

Start date early to mid-October on a temporary basis for a 3-month renewable mission

Do you want to join a dynamic industrial site?

Reporting to the logistics coordinator and the logistics/procurement manager, you guarantee the smooth running of goods shipments in strict compliance with customer requirements and deadlines. Your missions are:

• Identify orders to be shipped, check stocks, and coordinate deliveries with the customer service department.
• Book trucks with carriers and issue associated documents (BL, slips, receipts).
• Control transport invoices, update dashboards, and manage sample shipments.

Miscellaneous:

Daytime hours (39h / week) from Monday to Friday 8am - 12pm / 1:30pm - 5:30pm.

Remuneration: 12.67EUR gross per hour + 13th month, transport allowance, team bonus, meal vouchers. You have a background ranging from Bac Pro to BTS in Logistics / Transport or can demonstrate a first successful experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.

Do you master the Pack Office (Excel and Word) and a logistics ERP (ideally JDE / RF Smart), with notions of export formalities?

Do you have an operational level of English (basic exchanges with international drivers)?
