ADV Business Manager (M/F)

Partnaire Orléans Tertiaire is looking for an ADV Business Manager (M/F) on a CDI contract in Semoy for its client, specialized in the distribution of mechanical parts and fastening elements.

The position is available immediately.

Your missions are:

• Organize and manage the administrative follow-up of customer orders.
• Ensure the interface between the commercial, technical, and accounting departments, from order registration to delivery to the customer.
• Work under the responsibility of the establishment manager.
• Seek concordance between commercial imperatives and replenishment constraints (application of tariffs, lead times, replenishment flows, discounts, delivery conditions, credit notes, and disputes).
• Ensure the first level of contact between the company and the outside world.

Specific tasks:

• Tender management: Preparation of files, costing, and responding to customers.
• Order follow-up: Drafting, validation, follow-up of deliveries, and eventual modifications.
• Customer relations: Animation, technical assistance, negotiation, and complaint management.
• Sales administration: Receipt and registration of orders, commercial follow-up, and updating files.
• Internal coordination: Working in concert with different departments (studies, production, logistics, quality...).
• Management of indicators and budgets: Monitoring results, adjustments, and reporting.
• Proficiency in English/German and office tools. You have a first successful experience in a similar position.

You enjoy teamwork and possess excellent communication skills.
