Analyst (M/F)

The agency PARTNAIRE Tours is recruiting for one of its clients, a pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in sterile injectable products, microbio analysts (M/F) for its site in Monts (37).

Within the laboratory, your missions will be as follows:

• Performance of microbiological & physico-chemical analyses

Receive, sample, and control samples (Raw Materials, Finished Products, waters, stability, environment, consumables, MFT/fertility, QV validations). Rigorously trace all results (manual/IS) according to GMP and laboratory documentation. Ensure cleaning, periodic control of equipment, and optimal management of consumables/reagents.

• Monitoring, control & safety Training & Experience: Higher education in chemistry, microbiology, or biology (Bac+2/3 type BTS/DUT/Licence Pro) with experience in a quality control laboratory (pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or agri-food sector).

Technical skills:

Mastery of physico-chemical analytical techniques (chromatography, spectroscopy, assays) and microbiological techniques (isolators, particle counting, etc.).

In-depth knowledge of GMP, Pharmacopoeia references, and HSE standards.

IT tools: Mastery of Pack Office (Excel, Word), instrument control software, and ideally tools such as SAP, GED, or AQM.

Languages: Technical English (reading and understanding documentation).

Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, team spirit, methodology, and reactivity when facing anomalies.
