Your tasks
- Mise en place, taking orders and service
- Welcoming and assisting the customer
- Quickly analyzing the customer's needs and advising them on their choices
- Managing complaints and negative remarks

Requirements
- You have a successful first experience
- You are dynamic, versatile, and have a good team spirit
- Good knowledge of the Champagne-Ardenne region and Champagne would be a plus
- You speak English at a B2 level (professional)
