We are looking for an Ambassador (M/F). Our client is one of the most prestigious Champagne Houses located in Reims or Epernay. This brand combines heritage and innovation, authenticity and creativity; it possesses unparalleled winemaking expertise and an innovative, pioneering spirit. Our client cultivates a strong culture of excellence and is looking for collaborators capable of transmitting its values.

Your tasks

• Independently welcome groups of 1 to 19 visitors and ensure their comfort and well-being.
• Create a convivial atmosphere and passionately transmit the values and history of the house.
• Comment on visits and champagne tastings, in collaboration with the sommelier team.
• Accompany visitors to the boutique and advise them on their purchases, in connection with the sales advisors.
• Respond to client questions and requests, propose suitable solutions, and guarantee a seamless experience.
• Develop a loyalty relationship with clients and contribute to the management of the CRM database.
• Stay informed about brand and house news to personalize each experience.
• Participate in the animation of internal and external events, as well as occasional missions in ticketing, boutique, or paid tastings.
• Depending on your skills, welcome and accompany VIP guests, coordinate activities, share and host meals and tastings, and contribute to the integration and training of new collaborators.

Requirements

• Bac +3/4 in tourism, sales, or equivalent
• Your passion for the customer, your empathy, your listening skills, and your welcoming nature allow you to offer excellent service, develop an in-depth knowledge of your customers, and identify their desires.
• Agile, you are able to adapt to every customer and every situation in a constantly evolving environment. You possess solid knowledge of champagne and continuously stay informed about industry news.
• You have a polished presentation.
• You express yourself easily in front of a group.
• You have a bold and dynamic temperament.
• You possess a strong sense of likability.
• You are exemplary and demonstrate humility.
• You master digital tools and communication methods.
• You speak and write English perfectly. A third language is a plus.
