Ready-to-Wear Sales Assistant for Italian Brand in Department Store (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Ready-to-Wear Sales Assistant for one of our Italian brands within a department store, you will contribute directly to commercial performance and excellence in customer experience. Your main missions:

• Welcome and advise a premium, French and international clientele, highlighting the universe of the Italian brand
• Develop sales: proactive approach, proposing complete looks, upselling, and customer loyalty
• Ensure the maintenance of the corner: merchandising, replenishment, respect for visual standards and brand image
• Manage payments and monitor performance indicators (turnover, basket size, conversion rate)
• Use IT tools (POS, CRM, reporting) for customer follow-up and commercial activity
• Collaborate with the department store team to ensure excellent operational coordination

You are a results-oriented Ready-to-Wear salesperson, passionate about the world of Italian brands and customer service in a department store environment. Desired profile:

• Hunter profile: taste for commercial challenges, ability to approach customers and develop turnover
• Interpersonal skills: excellent customer posture, sense of service and loyalty
• English mandatory: operational level to advise an international clientele
• Mastery of IT tools: use of POS software, CRM, and reporting
• Organization and rigor: respect for procedures, stock management, and payments
• First experience in Ready-to-Wear sales in fashion retail or luxury strongly appreciated
