ENT Staff Nurse

Ensure that telephone courtesy and timeliness of picking up calls are complied

Ensure handover of information is complete and timely

Monitor patient’s response to treatment / care and report changes in patient’s condition to relevant health-care team.

To maintain effective communication with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that appropriate information is shared and patient needs are met.

Assist doctors in addressing patients’ and their relatives’ enquiries

Performs efficient and accurate patient appointment making, registration and discharge

To ensure current trends in nursing practice is maintained through attendance of regular seminars and professional affiliation.

Participates in action plan for the unit to enhance employee engagement and maximize employee performance.

Ensures customer satisfaction, resolves and follow through quality / service issues.

To demonstrate competency in nursing core skills as per attached Core Skill Assessment.

Perform patient & family education and participate in the coaching of junior nurses.

Supervise junior nursing personnel in providing quality nursing care.

Managing the clinic supplies and consumables

Perform duties as assigned by the Clinic manager.

Requirements: Licenced Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board with at least 2 years of experience

Has a Valid BCLS & AED Cert.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
