Parkridge IDA Pharmacy is located in Enderby, British Columbia. Although many of our staff live in Enderby, the pharmacy is a short commute from Vernon, Armstrong, or Salmon Arm. We are independently owned and operated, and have been proudly serving the residents of Enderby and the surrounding areas since 2002.

Our goal is to provide our patients with all their pharmacy needs including Compliance Pill Packaging, Home Health Care, Medical Supplies, and even non-sterile Custom Compounding from our nearby sister location.

Our company culture is one that promotes a positive work environment and work-life balance. We are looking for a full time pharmacy assistant to work 36-40 hours per week. Our store hours are 9:00am ? 5:30pm during the week and 9am - 3:00pm on Saturdays. No late evenings and we?re closed all Sundays and Holidays.

*Job description*

As a Pharmacy Assistant you will be responsible for processing and preparing prescriptions, assisting patients in person and over the phone, cashier duties, preparation of pill packs, ordering and inventory management, and assisting the Pharmacists with daily operations of the Pharmacy.

Pharmacy assistants rotate Saturday shifts, so you will be expected to work approximately every third Saturday. Otherwise, shifts will be Monday-Friday.

The successful candidate will have:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi task
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Previous Pharmacy experience strongly preferred

*Wage can be negotiated based on relevant experience.*

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 ? 40.0 per week
