  • Conduct negotiations on price, quality, and deadlines with Suppliers for purchasing needs according to established purchasing ranges
  • Negotiate contracting conditions, formulate and maintain the company's commercial and contractual positions, and ensure compliance with commitments to strategic Suppliers.
  • Place necessary purchase orders to guarantee the achievement of After-Sales Service provision objectives in terms of price, quality, and deadlines, monitor the purchasing budget, and guarantee After-Sales Service margins.
  • Handle disputes with Suppliers in the event of non-compliance with contractual conditions, and negotiate resolutions and penalties associated with returning to compliance.
  • Analyze technical specifications of requests or new After-Sales Service provision needs, participate in quoting and the establishment of estimates.
