• Knowledge of purchasing and procurement methods, negotiation techniques, mechanical manufacturing and assembly methods, market and the international industrial environment
• Mastery of SAGE software
• Mastery of English, both spoken and written

Job Description: Provide technical support, the range related to After-Sales Service (SAV) operations, Methods, and carry out purchases for the After-Sales Service activity with all internal and external stakeholders, translating SAV objectives into purchasing objectives: budget, cost, quality, deadlines. Contribute to relations with the panel of Suppliers, from signing to closing deals: sourcing, partnerships, evaluations.

Missions:***Define, monitor, and optimize the categorization of SAV purchasing needs as well as the mapping of existing suppliers: prospect, select, and participate in the qualification of new suppliers

• Organize the processing of purchasing needs with the SAV service according to the expressed technical requirements, define in the ERP the procurement range linked to an SAV service: Client need, order entry, need for products placed under stock management.
• Lead negotiations on price, quality, and deadlines with Suppliers for purchasing needs according to established purchasing ranges
• Negotiate contracting conditions, formulate and maintain the company's commercial and contractual positions, and ensure compliance with commitments to strategic Suppliers.
• Place necessary purchase orders to guarantee the achievement of SAV service objectives in terms of price, quality, and deadlines, monitor the purchasing budget, and guarantee SAV margins.

Handle disputes with Suppliers in the event of non-compliance with contractual conditions, and negotiate resolutions and penalties associated with returning to compliance.

• Analyze the technical specifications of requests or new needs for SAV services, participate in quoting and the preparation of estimates.
• Participate in stock management and process replenishment needs for sites with the SAV teams, contribute to Program reviews, integrate the needs and orientations of decided purchasing policies, and communicate with the relevant Business Departments and Sites.
• Monitor Suppliers and contribute to Supplier performance reviews to guarantee their interest in working with the company: strengthen partnerships, establish and manage Purchasing indicators, develop the relationship and order execution conditions.
• Provide technical support to the Supplier as well as monitoring of deviation requests: analyze feasibility, validate specifications and modifications with the Bureau d'Etudes and the Quality Department.
