PARKER INTERIM is looking for one of its clients for a Business Manager Technician (M/F) in Limoges-Fourches (77)

PROFILE From a technical background with at least a technical degree

• more than 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics, automotive, heavy goods vehicles, public works, or agriculture.
• You are autonomous in reading blueprints and have an intermediate level of English.

You have the desire to devote time and energy to customer communication and to developing the company's business.

Your missions Inspect and diagnose systems and sub-assemblies, establish the operations and/or parts necessary to restore the equipment to service or compliance.

• Ensure the interventions of the after-sales service activity in the after-sales workshop or directly on the Client's site.
• Participate in the preparation of tenders: technical information and data, intervention deadlines, estimated number of hours…
• Develop the service activity in line with established objectives: prospecting plan, visits to Clients and prospects, business capture, and service proposals.
• Coordinate the activities of the after-sales service Technician teams within your scope: plan, organize activities, and provide field support. Ensure follow-up with Support teams for interventions carried out with Clients.
• Contribute to recruitment, train, and supervise new entrants into the after-sales service Technician teams: repair techniques, product maintenance, and coordination of operations.
