QSE Apprentice M/F (M/F)

We are looking for a Quality Safety Environment Apprentice (M/F) for one of our clients located in Limoges Fourches (77)

Profile: Currently undergoing QHSE training or equivalent, you are in the process of validating your final year, ideally with a QHSE specialization. You have a particular interest in the HSE part and ideally in the corporate safety part. Autonomous and rigorous, you enjoy teamwork and have good interpersonal skills. Furthermore, you have an analytical mind and understand the importance of respecting internal processes in general. Good mastery of office tools is indispensable to join our team. Good communication in English is indispensable.

Missions: As part of the harmonization of our practices and the local regulatory compliance of our sites in France and abroad, your missions are as follows:

• Implementation and analysis of professional risks (DUERP) on each site
• Coordinate risk mitigation action plans
• Duplicate the accident investigation procedure on our sites by establishing root cause analyses
• Implement and manage the associated action plan as well as the chosen and implemented indicators (Frequency-Severity.)
• Define the training necessary for safety relays across all sites
• Define and create a Visual Management package for each site (mandatory instructions and signage upon the creation of a site or a site under installation)
• Implement chemical risk management on each site (product inventory, SDS collection, definition of PPE assignments via SEIRICH.)

These missions take place within an international framework, so the use of the English language will be frequent.
