Ihre Aufgaben
As part of an upcoming major SAP transformation project, we are offering a fixed-term assignment for an IT Administrator (m/w/d) to support our local and divisional IT operations. In this role, you will strengthen the IT team while the Digital & IT Senior Analyst leads the SAP IT workstream.
This opportunity is also suitable for qualified recent graduates who have completed their university studies and are motivated to start their career in IT. You will gain hands-on experience in a broad IT environment and work closely with local and divisional teams.
Your Responsibilities
Provide first- and second level IT support for internal users on site.
Installing and configuring hardware and software, alongside the associated system administration duties.
Coordinate the IT support team by prioritizing, assigning, and distributing tickets to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Document incidents, service requests, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
Taking responsibility for the management of specialized IT projects to drive organisational objectives.
Developing and implementing initiatives focused on process improvement, infrastructure enhancement, and cost optimisation.
Providing cross-functional support at various workstations both independently and with the guidance of the respective supervisors.
Drive team focus on ensuring desktop & application availability, avoiding unplanned downtime. Ensure appropriate problem management to drive continuous improvement.
Providing weekly/monthly reporting on Service Management KPI’s for relevant stakeholders
Daily management of contractor and/ or service team members
Ihr Profil
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Administration, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
Recent graduates with strong motivation to learn are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
Computer hardware and operating systems
Networking fundamentals
Database basics
IT Service Management and ITIL processes
Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools
Project management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and locations.
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a dynamic IT environment.
