To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will follow the daily rhythm of the Restaurant, Bar, and Banquets.

Your main missions:

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager daily in field and administrative tasks;
  • Supervise chefs de rangs and commis during the setup and service of breakfast, lunch, or dinner for the Restaurant and the Bar;
  • Supervise events and teams for banquet activities;
  • Participate in taking orders, service, billing, as well as cash handling;
  • Ensure inventories for your department in order to manage stocks;
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in developing service schedules and managing team time;
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in various cost control and profit maximization tasks;
  • Be the main point of contact for the department during your shift;

Profile sought:

  • Excellent presentation and sense of customer service.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • First experience in Management in a hotel or restaurant.
  • Organization, rigor, and priority management.
  • Knowledge of food service techniques.
  • Mastery of hygiene and food safety rules.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, another foreign language is an asset.
  • Availability for staggered hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays).
