To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Night Receptionist.

Reporting to the Night Supervisor and the Front Office Manager, you will follow the daily rhythm of the hotel's night reception.

Your main missions:

  • Know and apply security procedures, ensuring calm, safety, and evacuations if necessary;
  • Ensure guest welcome within the hotel;
  • Respond to guest information requests according to group standards regarding pricing, services, and other information;
  • Participate in the planning of reservations and room occupancy;
  • Verify arrivals for the day and upcoming days by preparing guest files;
  • Record guest complaints and attempt to respond to them professionally;
  • Welcome, provide information, and respond to guest complaints and telephone calls;
  • Check in, assign rooms, and bill guests;
  • Daily manage operating systems such as Opera, GXP, Mobile C/I and Mobile C/O, Empower Reservation, Marsha or any other system operated by the hotel or the Marriott brand;
  • Program guest wake-up calls;
  • Participate in the drafting of daily reports;
  • Ensure sales at the Grab and Go;
  • Ensure management and billing of guest Parking, and management of guest luggage during the night;
  • Follow up on No Shows and their billing;
  • Verify the accuracy of transactions and billing and correct errors if necessary;
  • Perform credit card reconciliations, night audits, and the resulting reports for the following day;
  • Guarantee good communication with day teams, informing the relevant departments of incidents occurring during the shift;
  • Know and convey the various Marriott procedures and programs to guests.

Required Profile:

  • Experience in hospitality and reception
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and team spirit
  • Neat presentation and sense of service
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Availability for shift work (nights, weekends, public holidays).
