Qualification & Validation

Your tasks at a glance:

You will take over the validation and qualification of laboratory equipment with a focus on software (analytical devices, test benches, IT-supported systems) and create the qualification documents (including VP, URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, and FR).

As part of your technical responsibility, you will carry out functional tests and requalification measures in compliance with GMP guidelines and ISO13485.

The technical support and monitoring of the qualified status of the assigned analytical instruments is an important part of your tasks.

You will perform Data Integrity Compliance Assessments and ensure the processing of device-related audit findings.

As a technical contact person, you will ensure GMP-compliant documentation and take over the induction & training of new colleagues.

You will accompany both the installation of the devices in close coordination with the manufacturers, as well as the necessary maintenance, calibration, and repair measures.

Your profile:

You have a good degree as a Bachelor of Chemistry, PTA, CTA, or Chemielaborant*in.

You have initial experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in handling analytical working techniques as well as analytical software, ideally in a laboratory in a GMP environment.

Strong technical understanding, high quality awareness, and a proactive, structured approach are important to you.

Good English and MS Office skills are a matter of course for you.
