PARFOIS is a renowned European women's fashion accessories brand with an international presence and constant growth. We inspire women passionate about trends through collections of costume jewelry, handbags, wallets, watches, clothing, and footwear.

We are currently looking for talent to lead our store.

What will you do?

You will be responsible for ensuring the integral operation of the store, driving commercial results, and developing a team highly oriented toward service and the customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation and general administration of the store.
• Guarantee the fulfillment of commercial objectives and the work plan.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the sales team.
• Ensure the correct execution of Visual Merchandising according to brand standards.
• Prepare and manage work schedules.
• Follow up on key performance indicators (average ticket, conversion, units per ticket).
• Supervise inventories, transfers, returns, and receipt of merchandise.
• Guarantee compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage training processes, performance evaluation, and staff development.
• Provide an excellent customer service experience and handle special situations or complaints.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor in retail, boutiques, department stores, or fashion brands.
• Experience in managing work teams and achieving commercial goals.
• Knowledge of sales indicators, inventories, and store operation.
• Focus on results, leadership, organization, and customer service.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Proactive profile with initiative.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel (pre-opening training in Monterrey)

What we offer

• Monthly income of $18,000 to $24,000.
• Monthly base salary of $14,350.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts.
