Outsourcing Supervisor

At Paredes Cano y Asociados we are looking for a Supervisor for the Outsourcing area.

Job Objective: Supervise the correct execution of accounting processes and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

• Public Accountant or Registered Lawyer.
• WORK EXPERIENCE: More than five (5) in the Outsourcing area in a progressive manner
• Minimum experience of 4 to 6 years.
• Availability to work in person from M-F in Miraflores

Knowledge:

• Legal framework
• Specialization in Taxation
• Intermediate MS Office
• Intermediate or advanced English level
• Knowledge of NIIF
• Knowledge of Taxation

Functions

• Supervise and validate the accounting records and the preparation of financial statements of clients, in accordance with NIIF.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations and the presentation of declarations before SUNAT for clients.
• Analyze accounting and tax regulations, providing advice and solutions to clients.
• Prepare financial and tax reports, addressing inquiries and requirements from clients.
• Coordinate audits and attend inspections on behalf of clients.
• Supervise accounting processes, accounts receivable/payable, and financial control of clients.
• Participate in the tax and financial planning of clients.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain constant communication with clients.
• Other coordinations indicated by the managing partner.
