Job Description HR advisor

As an HR Advisor, you are at the heart of the organization and work closely with managers and teams. You regularly communicate with international HR colleagues and think along about various projects. With your fresh perspective, energy, and advice, you help managers build strong teams. You contribute to a working environment where people feel seen, enjoy collaborating, and can bring out the best in themselves.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advising and guiding managers on HR issues and team development;
• Following up on all changes, contracts, sick leave notifications, and various other daily activities;
• Collaborating with your colleagues to further develop HR processes and services;
• Analyzing HR data and insights to develop improvements within the organization;
