The Paralos Kosta Alimia 5★, a member of the K. Badouvas Group, a Greek Group with more than five decades of presence in the tourism and hospitality sector, is seeking a professional for the position of Receptionist for the new summer season 2027.

Your tasks

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming and serving guests upon their arrival and departure (check-in / check-out).
• Management of reservations, requests, and guest inquiries.
• Providing information regarding hotel services and local points of interest.
• Management of the switchboard and electronic mail.
• Collaboration with other hotel departments for smooth operation and excellent guest service.
• Ensuring a high level of hospitality and professional service.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be appreciated.
• Pleasant and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team spirit, politeness, and a guest-service orientation.
• Good knowledge of computer operation.
• Responsibility, consistency, and a willingness to learn and professionally evolve.
