In the Altmark, we are represented with two production plants, production warehouses, a quality assurance laboratory, and administration with approximately 350 employees.

We are looking for a Team Lead Raw Material Procurement (m/f/d)

Which tasks await you?

• Functional and organizational leadership of the procurement team
• Control and coordination of the operative procurement processes

• Procurement of raw materials, goods, and services
• Selection, evaluation, and further development of suppliers

• Conducting price and contract negotiations
• Monitoring delivery dates, availability, and procurement conditions

• Close cooperation with production, warehouse, and quality management
• Participation in the optimization and further development of procurement processes

Which qualifications do you bring?

• Completed studies in a commercial field or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in procurement, ideally in the food industry

• Initial leadership experience or experience in coordinating a team
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of Navision and MS-Office

• Good English skills
