Paradiesfrucht GmbH is a modern and successful company that has developed into a leading global specialist in the field of freeze-drying. In the Altmark region, we are represented with two production plants, production warehouses, a quality assurance laboratory, and administration with approximately 350 employees.

We are looking for a Senior Quality Management Employee (f/m/div) In Salzwedel or Immekath

Which tasks await you?

• Independent management and further development of the quality management system
• Support in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of internal as well as external audits (e.g., customer, certification, and supplier audits)
• Processing of complex complaints as well as initiation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Further development of quality standards and internal processes
• Support of specialist departments with quality-relevant questions
• Analysis of quality key figures as well as derivation of suitable improvement measures
• Collaboration on certifications (e.g., FSSC 22000, Bio, Kosher, Halal, RSPO)
• Implementation of internal training in the quality management area

Which qualifications do you bring?

• Successfully completed studies in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional science, or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management within the food industry
• Sound knowledge of HACCP and FSSC 22000, as well as experience with audits and certifications
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Assertiveness and strong communication skills, as well as good English skills
• You work in a practice-oriented manner and bring the willingness to actively support operational tasks
