In the Altmark, we are represented with two production plants, production warehouses, a quality assurance laboratory, and administration with approximately 350 employees.
We are looking for a Quality Manager Supplier Quality (f/m/div) In Salzwedel or Immekath
Which tasks await you?
- Ensuring the quality of our raw materials in close cooperation with Purchasing and Quality Management
- Creation, review, and updating of specifications
- Approval and evaluation of new and existing suppliers with regard to quality requirements
- Processing and evaluation of raw material complaints
- Analysis of quality deviations and initiation of sustainable improvement measures
- Development of measures to reduce returns and post-sorting
- Creation and evaluation of quality key figures
- Participation in the optimization of incoming goods processes and specifications
Which qualifications do you bring?
- Successfully completed studies in food technology, food chemistry, ecotrophology, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in quality management, purchasing, or in the food industry
- Knowledge of food law and food safety
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Analytical thinking skills as well as a strong awareness of quality
- Strong communication and assertiveness
- Good English skills
