In the Altmark, we are represented with two production plants, production warehouses, a quality assurance laboratory, and administration with approximately 350 employees.

We are looking for an Employee in Product Development (f/m/d)

Which tasks await you?

• You develop new products and recipes based on customer wishes, current market trends, and your own ideas
• You manage development projects for our international customers in close cooperation with Sales, Technical Development, Purchasing, Quality Department, and Production
• You accompany new products from the creation of the first hand samples to process maturity
• You create product specifications and evaluate new raw materials while observing relevant food law requirements as well as internal and external quality standards

Which qualifications do you bring?

• Successfully completed studies in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Nutritional Science, or comparable training
• Professional experience in the field of product development and knowledge of food law is desirable
• Hands-on mentality and technical understanding
• Creativity and enjoyment in developing new products and expanding our assortment
• Organizational talent, initiative, teamwork skills, and motivation
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing
