We are looking for a dedicated Barista & Beverage Specialist who takes pride in dialed-in espresso, clean workflow, and creative recipe execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage & Product Excellence: Consistently prepare and serve premium specialty coffee, signature elixirs, and menu items adhering strictly to Paradi Coffee’s recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Elevated Guest Experience: Deliver warm, customer-centered service that builds genuine rapport with guests and reflects our brand’s hospitality standard.
• Operational Adaptability: Maintain focus and precision during peak hours while seamlessly transitioning between barista duties, basic food prep, cashiering, and maintaining overall venue cleanliness.
• Station Ownership & Hygiene: Uphold high standards of organization and cleanliness by adhering to a "clean-as-you-go" workflow across all working areas.
• Product & Brand Knowledge: Continuously expand your knowledge of our coffee offerings, seasonal menus, and brewing techniques to confidently address guest inquiries and share the Paradi experience.
• Reliability & Team Collaboration: Maintain punctual and dependable attendance for scheduled shifts, demonstrating flexibility and support for overall team operations.

Job Requirements

• Barista Skills: Basic to intermediate latte art skills and familiarity with commercial espresso machine operations.
• Quality Ownership: Strong personal accountability for ensuring every drink and product served meets top quality standards.
• Multitasking Ability: Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
