ACTIVITIES:
- Perform floor audits of various operational processes to ensure compliance with the requirements established in the procedures.
- Perform analysis of severe incidents (losses, damages, and incomplete merchandise) attributed to the location.
- Perform route audits of the RAD and EAD processes.
SCHEDULE:
9 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday WITH AVAILABILITY OF SCHEDULE.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of experience in quality management or a similar position.
- Basic level English.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate level Visio software.
- Power BI software.
