ACTIVITIES:
- Generation and follow-up of the weekly and annual work plan for the Quality Supervisors
- Follow-up on the corrective actions tracker to eliminate non-conformities detected in audits.
- Conduct visits to our clients who have In-House personnel for the update of phase II certification material.
- Conduct commercial visits to prospective clients.
- Supervise, together with the Quality Supervisors, meetings with operational personnel (Management and middle management) to report findings detected in audits and bulletin status.
- Validate and ensure the update of the Packing and Packaging Guide.
- Mapping of the operation flow for the delivery of merchandise to Paquetexpress.
- Generate packaging recommendations for the various products handled by Paquetexpress services.
SCHEDULE:
9 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday WITH SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience in quality management or a similar position.
- Basic level English.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office.
- Basic level Minitab software.
